D'deridex Class Warbird Side View:

A massive and powerful spacecraft first encountered in 2364 when the Romulans violated the Romulan - Federation Neutral Zone in response to attacks by the Borg. Designated as a D'deridex class, the Warbird is nearly twice the overall length of a Galaxy Class starship, and is believed to have greater fire power, but a slightly lower sustainable Warp Factor. The Warbird utilizes an artificial quantum singularity as a power source. First seen in "The Neutral Zone" (TNG).
