Suliban

The Suliban are a nomadic race who specializes in genetic engineering, making each member of their race look different, depending on which genetic elements are enhanced by the faction they belong to. Most Suliban seem to have a chameleon-like skin, enabeling them to almost complete blend in with their environment, in addition to being able to crawl along walls and roofs.

Also, the Suliban have a 'skeletal restructuring' ability, which allows each member of their race to among other things, completely flatten themselves out and squeeze through door and wall cracks only a few inches wide. It also gives them the ability to turn their 'limbs' 360 degrees which makes them near impossible to restrain with conventional means like handcuffs.

The Suliban are led by Silik. He in turn takes his orders from a villain from the future who are a part of a "temporal cold war" in which the 22nd century is one of its 'fronts'.
